Online Bill Payments
You can now pay your bill 24/7. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Please note there will be a $2.95 transaction fee for bills up to $100. For bills over $100, a fee of 3.5% will apply. Click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon (small side). To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. All payments received after 5:15pm on the 20th of each month, are considered "LATE". POST MARK DOES NOT CONSTITUE AS RECEIVED PAYMENT.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address located at 6600 E. Goldenrod. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Office hours are 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Our white drop box is located by the trash can and electric pole for those unable to make it during normal business hours. All payments dropped off after 5:15pm on the 20th of each month, are considered "LATE".
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 16th of every month and credited to your utility account. Be aware that if the 16th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will then draft on the previous Friday. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this payment method. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simple download and fill out the "Bank Draft" form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a "VOIDED" check. We must have the original paperwork. Your bank draft will start the following month after it is received in the office. Please call for more information.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to be recieved and post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. Late charges will still apply if the payment is not recieved in the office by 5:15pm on the 20th.
